Comedy anime Osomatsu-san has released a new visual of the cast in classic Osomatsu-style color-coded hoodies, plus black for the three new characters!
The film stars the members of Japanese boy band Snow Man. In addition to the original sextuplets, it will feature three original characters named End, Close, and Period.
Inspired by Fujio Akatsuka’s 1962 manga Osomatsu-kun, Osomatsu-san is a TV anime series following the quirky adventures of the Matsuno sextuplets as adults. Commissioned as part of Akatsuka’s 80th birthday celebrations, the series first aired in October 2015.
The Osomatsu-san live action film will open at Toho cinemas across Japan on March 25, 2022.
