Popular anime Date A Live has confirmed that Season 5 is currently in the works!

The news was accompanied by a teaser video and visual featuring a mysterious young girl who will play a key role in the upcoming season. Details on the airdate are yet to be announced.
A collection of messages celebrating the anime's 10th anniversary was also revealed, including ones from cast members.
Based on the light novel series written by Koshi Tachibana and illustrated by Tsunako, Date A Live follows high school boy Shido Itsuka, who proves unexpectedly irresistible to extraterrestrial spirits set on causing chaos on Earth.
It was first adapted into a TV anime in 2013, with the second and third season airing in 2014 and 2019 respectively. The fourth season aired from April to June 2022. The franchise also received an anime film in 2015.
