Seven Deadly Sins Releases Key Art, Trailer for Dragon’s Judgement

The popular anime series The Seven Deadly Sins is coming back in 2021 for a new season, subtitled Dragon's Judgement, with the adaptation releasing a teaser trailer and stunning key art for the upcoming season.

The teaser reveals deep uncertainty and distrust between the main characters as they're unsure who among them is friend or foe. Through all the fiery conflict, Meliodas is seen trying to break the seemingly endless resurrection cycle he's been trapped in for millennia, with the key art showing the protagonist attempting to finally reunite with his beloved Elizabeth.

Dragon's Judgement is expected to be the fourth and final season of the series, closing out the manga created by Nakaba Suzuki. Slated to premiere in Japan on Jan. 6., the fourth season was originally expected to arrive in the United States in October before complications from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic delayed production.

While no Netflix premiere date has currently been announced, the first three seasons are among the most popular anime series streaming on Netflix.

Based on the manga series created by Nakaba Suzuki, The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgement will premiere in Japan on Jan. 6. A Netflix release date has yet to be announced.
