Kodansha lists where the prints of the Eternal Edition are available, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, RightStufANIME and Penguin Random House. These can also be found in local bookstores and comic shops that sell manga, and if the store does not carry it at the moment, it's highly likely they will be able to order it for you since these are still in print.
