Horror comedy manga Mieruko-chan is getting a TV anime adaptation!

Two teaser visuals have been released: one in which the ghost is visible and another where it is not.

A 90-second teaser video has also been revealed through Kadokawa's official YouTube channel.

Original author Izumi Tomoki has penned a special illustration to commemorate the TV anime adaptation.

Passione ( Higurashi When They Cry ) is slated to produce the series, which will be directed by Yuki Ogawa ( Interspecies Reviewers ) with scripts by Kenta Yuhara ( Saga of Tanya the Evil, Ajin: Demi-Human ). Casting details and airdates will be announced at a later date.

Originally serialized on Kadokawa's ComicWalker website from November 2018, Mieruko-chan follows a high school girl named Miko who can see ghosts and spirits but actively tries to ignore them in order to live a normal life.
