Masaaki Yuasa's latest anime film Inu-Oh has released a stirring teaser trailer!
The trailer features an exchange between the titular Inu-Oh and Tomona, played by Avu-chan and Mirai Moriyama respectively.
Inspired by Hideo Furukawa’s novel and set in 14th century Japan, the film follows talented musician Inu-Oh. Ostracized by society because of his unique physical features, he takes great pains to keep them hidden. However, his life changes after he meets a blind biwa player named Tomona and discovers the ability to dance through her music.
Inu-Oh will open in Japan in summer 2022.
