Kyoto Animation Shares Instructions on Recreating Violet Evergarden Hairstyle

Kyoto Animation released detailed instructions on how to recreate the hairstyle of Violet Evergarden's main protagonist, Violet.

The instructions were shown on the official Twitter account for the series and provide step-by-step instructions on how to recreate Violet's unique hairdo. Step 1 on the top left shows Violet's hair before any braiding is done. Step 2 shows how to form a half braid on either side of the head, starting near the top and gradually working the braid down behind the ears. Once you reach the base of your head, stop braiding, gather your remaining hair into twin tails and tie them off with hair ties. Step 3 shows how to braid the twin tails. Step 4 explains how to roll the braids up at the back of your head, clockwise for the left and counterclockwise for the right braid. Step 5 illustrates how to pin the two rolled braids in place with four U-shaped hairpins. Finally, Step 6 shows how to tie ribbons at the base of the rolled braids. Many fans of the series have already tried it and shared their results in the replies to Kyoto Animation's original tweet.
