The visual board will begin its distribution on Feb. 5, the same day Jujutsu Kaisen 0 releases in 4DX and MX4D. 500,000 copies are being produced and will be gifted to Japanese moviegoers who catch the film in any format. Viewers who see the movie at any time until Feb. 18 can expect to receive a copy of the art. The visual board marks the third theatrical benefit that fans in Japan have had the opportunity to receive.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a prequel movie to Jujutsu Kaisen.  The pivotal events of the film have an air of mystique, having been teased throughout the main story. It follows Yuuka Okkotsu, who is haunted by the ghost of his deceased childhood friend, Rika. After being found by Satoru Gojo, Yuuta begins training to become a jujutsu sorcerer to control Rika and help others. Produced by studio MAPPA and directed by Sunghoo Park, the movie was released in Japanese theaters on Dec. 24, 2021, and was distributed by TOHO Animation. It had the second-biggest opening weekend in Japanese box office history after Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, having pulled in about $23.5 million. It became the 10th highest-grossing anime film of all time in Japan, with $85.1 million in box office revenue so far. Fans can catch the North American premiere of the movie on March 18, courtesy of Crunchyroll and Funimation. The film will be available in subbed and dubbed in over 1,500 theaters nationwide and select IMAX theaters.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a fast-paced, off-the-wall thriller masterminded by Gege Akutami. It began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2018 and is still ongoing. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who joins a secret society of jujutsu sorcerers to kill an all-powerful curse named Ryomen Sukuna, who now lives within him. Since its release, Jujutsu Kaisen has seen critical and commercial success. It has been nominated for numerous awards, including the Shogakukan Manga Award. The series has sold over 60 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling manga of all time. In 2020, it received a 24-episode TV anime adaptation produced by studio MAPPA that ran from October to March 2021.

Fans looking to see Jujutsu Kaisen 0 can keep an eye out for tickets, which go on sale on Feb. 25.
