Helena Hauff has been announced as the next person to take on a Kern mix for Tresor Records. The mix series has previously featured Objekt and DJ Stingray. ‘Kern Vol. 5’ will be released on June 19.

Lockdown-permitting, the release will be celebrated at Tresor on July 24, featuring sets from Helena herself, DJ Godfather, Morah and live shows from Volruptus and L.F.T., all whom feature on the mix. There will also be sets from special guests that are yet to be announced.

The mix itself is hefty and rarely dips below 150bpm. Like her renowned vinyl DJ sets, the it’s a stomping voyage through the depths techno and beyond.

It features plenty unreleased gems, including cuts from Umwelt, Galaxian, and a new collaborative track by Hauff and Morah.
