INKR has partnered with Chinese webtoon publisher Kuaikan Comics to offer even more manhua on its platform.
The online comics service announced that it will begin a simulpub release of three of Kuaikan's most popular manhua titles: the isekai action-adventure Apocalypse Game, romantic comedy Intoxicated Love and the fantasy epic That Game I Came From. The three manhua are already huge hits internationally, with Apocalypse Game pulling in over 900 million views, while That Game I Came From and Intoxicated Love have been read over a billion times. INKR will offer a simulpub of new chapters of these series, which will be exclusively available on the platform for 45 days after their initial premiere date. In addition to the three simulpub series, INKR will also add 11 of Kuaikan's other manhua titles to its online library in the coming weeks, including Blooming Through Time, My Charming Bandit and His Mark on Me.
"Many people tend to overlook the power and popularity of Chinese manhua," said Hieu Tran, INKR's co-founder and head of operations. "We are thrilled to be working with Kuaikan Comics to distribute their massive titles and share with our readers why manhua is the next big wave of exciting content to adopt,” Tran said.

In addition to Kuaikan, INKR has partnered with a number of other comic book and manga publishers from around the world, including Image Comics, Kodansha USA and Tokyo Pop. Its service hosts over 10,000 legally distributed chapters of Western comics, webtoons, Japanese manga, Korean manhwa, and Chinese manhua. INKR originally launched in October 2020, and in July of 2021, the company boasted that its average monthly readership had already grown by 200%. The online comics platform previously announced that it had partnered with Kodansha to publish new chapters of Ken Wakui's immensely popular time-travel manga, Tokyo Revengers, through its service. The platform offers a selection of certain titles for free, and allows users to buy chapters individually or sign up for an all-access subscription that unlocks the service's entire library.
