Mikey is one of the main characters in Tokyo Revengers, a time-traveling anime series with many problems to solve. He's the leader of Tokyo Manji, known as Toman, a biker gang that the anime revolves around. As Toman's leader, Mikey isn't only an amazing fighter that cares a lot about his followers but also has some great quotes.
Whether it be the things he says in the middle of a battle against an enemy or if he's letting his friends know how much he cares about them, Mikey has had a lot of meaningful things to say throughout Tokyo Revengers that explained his heartfelt past or inspired Toman to stand strong.
8 "Toman Belongs To Me. As Long As I Have Its Back, None Of Us Are Ever Gonna Lose."
One of Toman's biggest enemies was Moebius. At the beginning of the series, Pah, one of Toman's members, wanted to get revenge on Moebius for the terrible things they had done to them. When Pah, Mikey, and some of Toman's other members were having a meeting, the members of Moebius surrounded them. Their leader, Osanai, fought Pah and beat him up. After Moebius thought that they had won, Mikey fought back, proving that he was stronger than Osanai.
7 "You're Still A Part Of Toman. And I Forgive You."
After Baji killed himself, Kazutora allowed the police to arrest him, finally understanding that he had to pay for all of the terrible things he had done. For the longest time, he had blamed Mikey for his actions, and Mikey never thought he'd be able to forgive Kazutora after he killed his brother.
However, when Draken and Takemichi had gone to visit Kazutora, Mikey told Draken to pass a message to their old friend. Forgiving Kazutora was a mature and compassionate decision.
6 "So Tell Me Who The Hell You Really Are."
After Takemichi helped save Draken's life, the members of Toman had a lot more respect for him. However, Mikey also became more suspicious as to who Takemichi really was. The more he thought about everything that happened, the more questions Mikey had, especially regarding how Takemichi knew a lot more than he should have about the situations they faced. When he confronted Takemichi about it, he didn't get a response so he changed the conversation but knew that there was more to his new friend than he originally thought.
5 "It's Good To Protect The People Who Matter To You. But You Should Be Careful."
Shortly after they became friends with Takemichi, Mikey and Draken went to his school. There, Hinata, not knowing that they were Takemichi's friends and thinking that they were going to beat him up, tried to stand up for her boyfriend, with Takemichi doing the same for her. However, once she understood that Mikey and Draken weren't going to hurt him, she apologized. Mikey told her to be careful when protecting others before leaving with Draken and Takemichi. The two of them would meet other times throughout the anime and always respected each other.
4 "So I'm Gonna Create A New Era For Delinquents. You Oughta Join Me."
After Takemichi became friends with Mikey, he wondered why the leader of Toman would want to spend time with him. When they rode bikes with Draken, Takemichi asked Mikey why he wanted to be his friend. Mikey then told him about how Takemichi reminded him of his older brother, who had passed away.
Mikey's brother was once in a biker gang and Mikey was impressed by the toughness that biker gangs lived by. Once they took a break from riding their bikes, Mikey tells Takemichi how he feels about biker gangs, revealing a bit about his past, his values, and his ultimate goal.
3 "Tomorrow, We Are Going To Crush Valhalla And Bring Baji Back To Toman!"
In exchange for removing Kisaki from Toman, Takemichi made a deal with Mikey in which he would have to convince Baji to join the gang again. However, Takemichi wasn't able to bring Baji back from Valhalla. Knowing this, Mikey thought of what he could do instead. On the night before Toman and Valhalla fought each other, Mikey told his followers where he stood on the conflict. While Valhalla was Toman's enemy and Baji had joined Valhalla, Mikey still cared about him. Rather than fighting the traitor, the members of Toman were happy to bring him back to their side.
2 "So, Let's Start All Over Again. Come Back To Us, Peh."
The members of Toman began fighting each other after Pah stabbed Osanai and let himself get caught by the police so they'd be able to escape. While some wanted to help Pah, others wanted to respect his decision. Though Mikey was one of the ones that wanted to help Pah at first, he ended up accepting what happened. However, Pah's best friend, Peh, felt like Toman betrayed him and decided to join forces with Moebius in order to kill Draken, who had respected Pah's decision more than anyone else. As Toman and Moebius fought each other, Mikey talked to Peh about what had happened.
1 "I'll Never Be Able To Forgive Kazutora. He's The One Who Killed My Brother."
When they were children, Mikey formed Toman with his five closest friends, including Kazutora and Baji. For Mikey's birthday, Kazutora and Baji wanted to get him his dream bike, a CBT250T. However, in order to do so, they had to steal one. When they did, they were caught by the owner of the bike shop, who turned out to be Mikey's brother, and Kazutora killed him without knowing it was Mikey's brother. After that, the original members of Toman were divided. Takemichi would eventually learn all of this from Kazutora and Baji, and when he talked to Mikey about it, Mikey gave him his heartfelt feelings.
