September has come and gone, and with autumn in full swing, Halloween season has officially begun with the start of October. And while plenty of horror-driven television and film projects loom on the horizon, this past week has also seen numerous anime series preparing to premiere over the course of the month while the 2021-2022 television season begins to gain momentum with its own set of eagerly anticipated premieres.
Here are all the biggest and best trailers, teasers and promos released this past week for television and film, including original programming and simulcast streaming coming this month for Crunchyroll, Disney+ and Netflix.
American Horror Story: Double Feature
For its 10th season, American Horror Story has taken two seemingly separate tales from different sub-genres within horror -- vampires and extraterrestrials -- before potentially tying them together. The latest promo for American Horror Story: Double Feature's second tale offers the best look at the invaders from outer space yet, with a strange alien that appears capable of controlling humans telepathically.
Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, American Horror Story: Double Feature airs Wednesdays at 10pm ET/PT on FX.
