This groundbreaking event promises an unforgettable journey through a vibrant universe called “Nexus,” where cutting-edge technology meets EDM with performances from main stage feature acts The Chainsmokers, Tiësto, and R3HAB.
Not just another EDM festival, what makes Worlds Away truly special is its commitment and mission drive forward art and tech innovation. The festival is making waves with its cutting-edge immersive experiences, thanks to partnerships with tech giants like Augmento, Normal Studio, Endstate, and Vita Motus. The festival aims to transform the fairgrounds into a unique universe called “Nexus,” featuring interactive installations such as digital graffiti walls, 3-D maps, and AR scavenger hunts. The festival will feature cutting-edge technological innovations, immersive art installations, and spectacular light shows, all creative-directed by Vita Motus, known for their work at major events like Coachella and the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Festival founder Ro Sahebi describes the event as “not just a music festival,” but rather “an immersive, augmented experience.” He emphasizes the festival’s and his own point of view, “Today, festivals are focused on getting bigger and bigger. We are focused on creating something much more intimate and engaging.”
