As anime adaptations of popular WebToon titles begin to premiere in North America, the digital South Korean comic platform has announced a new crossover mobile video game titled Hero Cantare.
The upcoming game brings together the characters from Tower of God, Hardcore Leveling Warrior and The God of High School in card-based, RPG combat. The game has released a trailer showcasing its characters in action, with pre-registration now available in North America.
Players that pre-order the game will have access to the lead characters from all three anime series at launch, along with bonus cards and in-game currency. The game features an overarching story mode, individual quest lines for the main characters, a challenge mode and online competitive play.
Crunchyroll has recently begun co-producing anime adaptations of Tower of God and The God of High School, exclusive to the premium streaming service in the United States. With new fans being introduced to the series for the first time, Hero Cantare offers an immersive opportunity for audiences to play as their favorite WebToon characters themselves.
Slated for release for iOS and Android devices, Hero Cantare is open to pre-registration in North America through the game's official website.
