"There are certain rules that one must abide by in order to successfully survive a horror movie," but nobody ever follows them. Couples have sex, people go out alone and no one confirms the killer is actually dead. It's mostly left up to luck who survives the night, but some character traits can vastly improve a character's survival odds. Attributes like intellect, virginity, courage and the ability to fend off an assailant have been proven to be especially helpful. Many anime girls have these attributes, so they're the ones who would be most likely left standing in a horror movie.
Of course, to make things fair, there are a couple of ground rules. First, no girls with superhuman strength. It's pretty obvious that Sakura Haruno could beat Michael Myers in a fight. Second, girls from horror anime will be kept to a minimum. Such girls are clearly either doomed to die or more than capable of handling whatever a standard horror movie can throw at them.
Ochako Uraraka (My Hero Academia)
Uraraka may only be a hero in training, but she has plenty of skills to survive a horror movie. Her lessons at U.A. High emphasize the importance of assessing a situation and thinking on one's feet. Having this mindset is necessary for both saving lives and stopping villains. Additionally, Uraraka has been trained specifically to apprehend and disarm knife-wielding opponents. Unfortunately, the topic is who would be the last girl standing at the end of a horror movie, so she wouldn't be able to use her skills to save her friends. Nonetheless, at the very least, she should be able to survive until the end of the movie on her own.
Sir Integra Hellsing (Hellsing)
Sir Integra Fairbrooke Wingates Hellsing ain't afraid of no ghost. In fact, the Hellsing Organization deals almost exclusively with the elimination of supernatural threats. Integra usually employs vampires with guns and paramilitary groups who also have guns, but she herself has a number of capabilities. She's intelligent, unwavering, virginal and if need be, a fighter. She could be surrounded by Nazi vampires and her reaction would be to take out a sword and say "Come at me!" Instead of a horror movie with a single killer, Integra would work well in a movie with all kinds of creatures that go bump in the night. In this regard, Integra would function less as a Laurie Strode character and more as an Ash Williams.
Mamiya (Fist of the North Star)
Mamiya is another girl who would survive in a multiple-monster scenario. In Fist of the North Star, the last of humanity lives in a post-apocalyptic setting à la Mad Max. In this world, violent biker gangs run rampant and terrorize innocent civilians. Such harsh conditions lead Mamiya to adopt a battle-oriented way of life in order to defend herself and those around her. She seems gentle, but she can be ferocious and smart when the situation calls for it. She usually handles the mooks of a gang while Kenshiro handles the boss. She would do well in a zombie apocalypse movie, as long as there are no ridiculously powerful zombies among the riffraff.
Yamada (B Gata H Kei)
Yamada would be another likely candidate for Final Girl by virtue of her virginity. It's kind of hilarious how bad she is at having sex. She starts off her anime vowing to have sex with 100 guys by the end of high school. Despite this promise, she ends up spending the entirety of her story trying and failing to go all the way with one very special somebody. Yamada's story would be pretty funny to watch play out in a horror-comedy slasher movie. She and her boyfriend would survive because they're the only couple that never has sex. The movie would end with the two of them about to do the deed, but then the undead killer shows up for one last scare before the credits roll.
