Superhero stories have taken over the entertainment landscape, and Funimation is getting in on the action. The superhero romantic comedy Love After World Domination is coming to the streaming service sometime next year.
Funimation announced on Twitter that it officially licensed the anime and dropped a new trailer to get fans excited. Love After World Domination is directed by Kazuya Iwata (Your Lie in April, Cute Executive Officer, Yasuke) and stars Ikumi Hasegawa (Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki, Vinland Saga, Moriarty the Patriot) as the villainous Desumi Magahara and Yusuke Kobayashi (Dr. Stone, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Sirius the Jaeger) as the heroic Fudo Aikawa.
In the public eye, the leaders of the heroic Gelato 5 and the villainous organization Gecko are sworn enemies. In reality? They're pursuing a forbidden romance. ?
