A newly revealed piece of concept art for 2016's Suicide Squad shows what Jared Leto's Joker could have looked like in the villain's iconic purple suit.
Shared on Reddit, the concept art of Joker is by artist Ed Natividad and shows Leto's version of the character wearing a purple pinstriped suit with a green shirt and purple tie. Comments on the art show that many fans seem to enjoy the look.
When he first appeared in 1940's Batman #1, Joker was portrayed wearing a similar purple suit, with the addition of purple gloves. Joker has been shown in several variations of this suit among his appearances in comic books, TV shows and films.

For the time being, it seems that Leto's Joker may be done. Though he was mentioned in the Harley Quinn-led Birds of Prey film, Joker never made an appearance. The character will also be absent from James Gunn's upcoming Suicide Squad reboot, titled The Suicide Squad.
