Star Wars: Visions will feature an all-star cast both in English and Japanese.
Disney officially unveiled the cast for its upcoming Star Wars anime anthology. In English, the cast will feature actors such as Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Inception), Lucy Liu (Kill Bill: Volume 1), Bobby Moynihan (Saturday Night Live), Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Alison Brie (Community), Masi Oka (Heroes), David Harbour (Stranger Things), George Takei (Star Trek), Henry Golding (Crazy Rich Asians), and more, as well as the return of Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett. The Japanese cast is filled with anime voice acting legends such as Masako Nozawa, who has provided the voice of Dragon Ball's Goku for over 30 years, as well Akio Otsuka, the voice of Solid Snake and various other characters from Metal Gear Solid. The Japanese cast also features Jujutsu Kaisen's Junya Enoki and Chihayafuru's Asami Seto.

The anthology anime series will feature shorts created by some of Japan's top creators and animation studios, including Studio TRIGGER (Kill La Kill, Promare), Production IG (Ghost in the Shell) and Science Saru (The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl). Studio TRIGGER head and FLCL director Masahiko Otsuka has previously hinted that the project might be his final work.
Star Wars: Visions will debut on Disney+ on Sept. 22.
