WARNING: The following article spoilers for One-Punch Man Chapter 123, by ONE and Yusuke Murata, available now in English from Viz Media.
While there are some pretty epic fights in the manga, One-Punch Man is, at its core, a satire of various shounen tropes and ideas. That means conflicts will often resolve in weird or unexpected ways. That just happens to be the case in One-Punch Man Chapter 123, in which the New Blizzard Bunch defeats Overgrown Pochi with shockingly little trouble thanks to a single word.
In One-Punch Man Chapter 122, Fubuki/Blizzard, Bang/Silverfang and Bomb faced off against Pochi, finding themselves hopelessly outclassed by the powerful monster. Blizzard used much of her energy to protect her newfound allies from one of Pochi's deadly attacks, giving them a boost to their physical abilities in the process. Although Blizzard initially intended to let Bang and Bomb escape as she sacrificed herself to Pochi, the two elderly martial artists surprised her when they rocked the monster with some powerful blows.
The latest chapter of the manga shows that effort, while powerful, wasn't quite enough to take Pochi down for good. At the issue's onset, Blizzard is impressed with Bang and Bomb's powers and becomes even more adamant they join her New Blizzard Bunch, giving them her sales pitch. However, Pochi gets back up during her spiel, and the two martial artists prepare for the next round of combat. That's when Bang says, "This pesky dog's impeding our progress! We gotta teach it to sit!"
So Pochi sits.

As the monster no longer seems hostile, both Bang and Bomb are shocked just telling Pochi to sit ended the conflict, while Blizzard is frazzled from the whole experience. Still dealing with the Monster Association's true leader, Tatsumaki/Tornado senses her sister's power following this confrontation, and she plans to berate Sekingal, who is commanding the operation, for involving Fubuki. However, as Tornado believes the mysterious true leader of the Monster Association is a friend of Fubuki, she might still come in useful.
Overall, the confrontation with Pochi comes to a rather funny end, with the dog-like monster simply choosing to obey a command and sit. While Pochi is certainly monster, that doesn't seem to have stopped him from also being a very good boy.
The next chapter of One-Punch Man in English releases May 6 from Viz Media.
