The Chapter 1026 of One Piece has two of Oden's retainers taking out not only the eldest son of the Big Mom Pirates, but also one of the three Lead Performers of the Animal Kingdom Pirates. This was thanks in part to their Sulong ability, a huge power-up members of the Mink Tribe are able to achieve under a full moon. The fall of Perospero and Jack the Drought is just another win in the long list of Alliance accomplishments.
Dogstorm (aka Inuarashi) and Cat Viper (aka Nekomamushi) were two of the Nine Scabbards that served under Kozuki Oden during his time as Shogun of Wano. Unbeknownst to them, one of their comrades was a spy for Kurozumi Orochi. Kanjuro was helping Orochi gain power as a way to retaliate against the Kozuki Family for killing his parents. As a result of his actions against his former comrades, he became a target for them during the Raid on Onigashima.
After being teleported to the island's back entrance by Trafalgar Law, the Scabbards were confronted by Kanjuro and a group of Animal Kingdom Pirates. They were able to defeat them, and pushed on to the Performance Floor, grabbed on to a transformed Kaido and made it to the roof of the Skull Dome. Before they could gang up on Kaido, Jack intercepted them. While the other Scabbards and Mink Tribe members kept him and his followers busy, Dogstorm and Cat Viper were encouraged to go after Kaido. However, Jack was proving to be stronger than they thought, so the two transformed into their Sulong forms and attacked him. They were able to injure him so badly that he was ordered to retreat by Kaido. Law later teleported the Scabbards off the roof at Luffy's request after they were incapacitated by Kaido.
Later, they were approached by what appeared to be Oden in the Treasure Repository, but this was merely a trick by Kanjuro to try and kidnap Momonosuke. The drawing of Oden he created to trick them lit a bunch of dynamite in a bid to kill them all, but Ashura Doji used his body as a shield and sacrificed himself to save the others. As they chased Kanjuro, they were once again intercepted by Jack, but Dogstorm stayed back to fight him while the others pursued Kanjuro.
Eventually, the group made it to the Performance Floor, where Cat Viper caught Perospero trying to assassinate Sanji. Upon learning who Perospero was, he became enraged, as Perospero was the reason his friend Pedro was dead. He began to fight the Big Mom pirate, wanting revenge for Pedro's death. As he and Dogstorm continued their respective fights, the full moon allowed them to transform into their Sulong forms once again.
However, because Momonosuke had transformed into an adult and returned to Onigashima, his presence, along with Kaido's, created storm clouds, which obscured the moon. This caused Perospero and Jack to temporarily gain the upper hand, but the force of Kaido and Luffy's punches separated the clouds. Once again changing into their Sulong forms, Dogstorm and Cat Viper used their Oden One-Sword Style attacks to finally take out Jack and Perospero respectively.
