Itachi is a major antagonist from the Naruto series. Famous for his betrayal, the Clan killer was an Uchiha prodigy, said to rival Shisuui Uchiha who was the strongest Uchiha during his time. His prowess led him to become one of the strongest ninjas in Naruto.
Itachi was one of the Youngest Uchihas to awaken their Sharingan and had exceptional Chakra control. Despite being stuck with a strange illness that limited his Chakra reserves, he can crush his opponents with an envious level of skill that friends and even enemies can't help but be impressed by. To even come close to a character like Itachi is an amazing feat.
10 CAN DEFEAT: Buggy The Clown
Buggy The Star Clown is a minor antagonist/supporting character from the One Piece series. He is the captain of Buggy Pirates and co-leader of Alvida-Buddy Alliance. He is also a former Warlord and runs Buggy’s Delivery Service.
Buggy is extremely resilient, having the ability of Chop-Chop fruit, he is immune to cuts. He can float his sliced body parts and even use them from a distance. A fight against Itachi is an extremely difficult one for Buggy. While Itachi’s main weapon is a sword, Buggy can't counter Itachi’s Jutsu and Sharingan. Making this fight an easy win for Itachi.
9 CAN'T DEFEAT: Fujitora
Fujitora is a Marine Admiral who is blind. Fujitora has exceptional observation Haki and is considered to be one of the strongest close combat fighters in the entire World Government.
Fujitora has the ability of Paramecia type, Zushi-Zushi no Mi fruit that allows him to control gravity in a certain area. He is then able to call meteors on his opponents with this ability. A fight against Fujitora is an impossible one for Itachi. Itachi will get cut by Fujitoras lightning-fast reflexes and this fight will end after the intense exchange. A clear win for Fujitora.
8 CAN DEFEAT: Ussop
Usopp or God Usopp is one of the main characters in One Piece and the sniper of The Straw-hat Pirates. Usopp is incredibly durable and while he is a habitual liar, he is also an incredible long-range fighter.
Usopp has unique observational Haki, allowing him to sense people far away and pinpoint their location. Combining this with his sniping skills and special bullets. Usopp is not an opponent one can take without any preparations. But despite this, Itachi is far more skilled and his Sharingan can follow Usopp’s projectiles, allowing him to dodge Sniper pirate’s shots. This fight is an easy win for Itachi.
7 CAN'T DEFEAT: Roronoa Zoro
Zoro is one of the main characters in One-Piece. While, being the first mate of the Straw-Hat pirates, he is a former Bounty Hunter. Roronoa Zoro is a Master Swordsman who studied under Mihawk, the Worlds Strongest Swordsman.
Zoro has honed his unique 3-sword-fighting style with an incredible finesse that he can cut a mountain in half after infusing his swords with his chakra. A fight with Itachi will be a difficult one for Zoro because of Susanoo, but Zoro has the incredible strength to take Sword of Totsuka head-on. This intense fight will end in Zoro’s favor in the end.
6 CAN DEFEAT: Portgas D.Ace
Ace was one of the most important Supporting characters in One Piece. He was the 2nd division commander of White Beard pirates and was the son of The Pirate King Gol.D Roger. He was Luffy’s sworn brother and died in The War of The Best battle at Marineford.
Ace’s Fruit, Flame-Flame fruit is a logia type fruit that allows him to control and turn himself into the fire. Ace has control over all three types of Haki and is an extremely strong opponent. But despite this, a fight with Itachi will conclude with his defeat because of Amaterasu which can burn even flames. This fight is clearly in Itachi’s favor.
5 CAN'T DEFEAT: Sabo
Sabo is one of the main supporting characters in One Piece. He is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and No.2 of Monkey.D Dragon. Sabo is also one of Luffy’s sworn brothers and has inherited Ace’s Flame-Flame fruit after his brother's death.
Sabo is an adept user of Observational and Armament Haki. And is incredibly skilled at close combat. His fight with Itachi will be a remarkable one. While Itachi can burn the fire with Amaterasu, Sabo does not need to depend on his devil fruit powers. And after an incredible exchange, he can defeat Itachi. Making Sabo the champion in this one.
4 CAN DEFEAT: Koby
Koby is one of the main supporting characters in One Piece. He is a Marine Captain and one of Luffy’s longtime friends. He trained under Vice-Admiral Monkey.D Garp and has become very adept at observational and The Six Power techniques.
Koby is a powerful Marine, and despite not having any Devil-Fruit abilities, he is exceptionally fast and has incredible physical strength. His face off against a character like Itachi is a simple one. Koby can’t beat Itachi with his current abilities in the anime and after a short fight, will get defeated due to being outclassed. This fight is an easy win for Itachi.
3 CAN'T DEFEAT: Charlotte Katakuri
Katakuri is a major antagonist in One Piece and is the second in command of The Big Mom Pirates. He is one of the Pirate Emperor’s Big Mom’s Sweet generals and holds the position of Minister of Flour as the administrator of Komugi Island.
Katakuri is incredibly strong, having the special paramecia type Mochi-Michi Fruits ability. Katakuri is unimaginably skilled in his use of observation Haki, so much so that he can foresee the future and has the speed/strength to take appropriate measures against his opponents. A Fight against Katakuri will end in Itachi’s defeat. It is just too big of a difference between their abilities.
2 CAN DEFEAT: Vinsmoke Sanji
Sanji is a core member of the Straw-Hat Pirates and is one of the main characters in One Piece. He is the cook of the Thousand Sunny and was the former chef at Baratie. He is the fourth child of The Vinsmoke family and he is a former prince of the Germa Kingdom.
Also known as Black Leg Sanji, as a cook, he can't get his hands dirty, his fighting style revolves around kicks. While Sanji has Superhuman like abilities, he does not possess any Devil-fruit powers. His raid suits, also will not come in handy, as Itachi will be able to sense him by using his Sharingan. Despite Sanji’s incredible skills, he would lose a fight against Itachi. Itachi surpasses Sanji though by a small margin.

Luffy is the protagonist of the One-Piece series. He dreams of being the Pirate King and is the son of Great Revolutionary Monkey.D Dragon. Now Renowned as the fifth Emperor of the sea, Luffy is one of the strongest characters in One Piece with the capacity to grow even stronger.
Luffy has the power of Gum-Gum fruit, making him a rubber man. He uses his ability quite creatively and has mastered all 3 forms of Haki. In a fight against Itachi, the current Luffy in his Gear Four is in a totally different class from Itachi. This Fight will be an easy win for Luffy.
