Visual novel studio Key is teaming up with anime studios Aniplex and P.A. Works again for a new project!
Key CEO Baba Takahiro, Aniplex producer Toba Yousuke, and P.A.Works producer Tsuji Mitsuhito will be taking to the stage for an official announcement on May 10. Chaired by comedian Mukai Seitarou, it will be streamed on Nico Nico.
The new project marks the three studios' third collaboration. The first was Angel Beats!, which began as a 13-episode anime TV series in 2010 and went on to receive OVA, manga and light novel adaptations. Charlotte, another 13-episode anime series, first aired in 2015, also receiving an OVA and manga adaptations later.
