Upcoming anime film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 has released the character designs for Maki, Toge, and Panda as first year students!
The TV anime adaptation of the main series focussed on second year students at Jujutsu High, whereas Jujutsu Kaisen 0 will feature the three characters in their first year. As a result, the character designs show Toge and Panda with slightly different hairstyles, while Maki is sporting different glasses.
Inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen 0 (the prequel manga to Gege Akutami's hit series Jujutsu Kaisen ), the film follows Yuta Okkotsu, a boy who saw his childhood sweetheart killed in a traffic accident when he was young and has been haunted by her ever since.
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 opens at cinemas across Japan on December 24, 2021.
