As the third season of DLC for the popular fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ nears its end, Bandai Namco has added two playable characters from Dragon Ball GT to round out the expansive roster.
An announcement trailer showcased Super Baby 2, the DBGT villain's form after he took full control of Vegeta's body, in action against both Gohan and GT Goku, recreating their fight from the anime series. As the trailer confirms Super Baby 2's arrival on Jan. 15, a teaser shows Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta entering the fight.
Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta was introduced at the very end of DBGT, formed by Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta performing the Fusion Dance during their fight against Omega Shenron. No gameplay or release window for the character's inclusion in FighterZ has been revealed at this time. Both Super Baby 2 and Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta will be available in 2021.
The two characters round out the FighterZ Pass 3, which kicked off with the Dragon Ball Super character Super Saiyan Kefla this past February. The DLC season later added Ultra Instinct Goku and Master Roshi to the fight.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is developed by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. Super Baby 2 will be added to the game as a DLC character Jan. 15, with Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta to be released at a later date.
