A modern adaptation set in 2020, the new world of Digimon Adventure is a place where networks are essential in everyday life. As cyberterrorism threatens the peace, humans are still unaware of the existence of those living in the infinite Digital World - the Digimon.
Yagami Taichi & co will be back as elementary school students. After Taichi rushes to Shibuya to try and help his mother and sister, stranded on a train that won't stop running, he is caught up in his DigiDestined fate and whisked away to the digital world. There, he meets his future Digimon partner Agumon.
