Award-winning dance icon David Guetta launches 2025 with multi-talented A7S’s dramatic new remix of his 2024 hit ‘Forever Young’ with Alphaville & Ava Max.
After a varied run of remixes by Don Diablo, CYRIL, and Hypaton, this fourth take on Guetta’s modernized Alphaville classic by Swedish star A7S (‘Breaking Me’, ‘Your Love (9PM)’) dives deep into techno territory. Hard-hitting industrial drums and a euphoric arpeggiating synth bring warehouse rave energy, offering a whole new perspective on the track’s iconic vocal, delivered by the incredible Ava Max.
‘Forever Young’ follows as the latest single from Guetta, released in 2024. Earlier in the year he collaborated with OneRepublic for the huge ‘I Don’t Wanna Wait’, one of his biggest hits to date with over 600M streams, followed by ‘Raving’ with Dutch EDM powerhouse Afrojack.
Alongside these releases, Guetta has continued to deliver his legendary, ever-evolving live shows at some of the world’s most iconic venues and festivals. As part of his 2023 Saudi Arabia tour, he performed in the ancient Arabian oasis city of AlUla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The live recording from this stunning event, Live At AlUl, was released on 12th December and is now available to stream, as an exciting insight into the live shows set to follow in 2025.
Swedish producer, DJ and singer/songwriter A7S has over 8 billion streams to his name. Growing up in Ulricehamn, Sweden, he honed his craft on guitar and piano, later achieving worldwide success with hits like ‘Your Love (9 pm)’ (2B+ streams), ‘Breaking Me’ with Topic, and ‘Why Do You Lie To Me’ featuring Lil Baby. ‘Breaking Me’ became a global phenomenon, amassing over 2.5 billion streams, topping charts across 22 countries, and earning a Billboard Music Awards nomination for Top Dance/Electronic Song.
