The second coming of Chiyo's infatuation only lasts until the school trip to Okinawa, when their chuunibyou classmate Shun Kaido stands up for her against a pair of beach punks. Though Kaido seems to have taken the center stage in her heart, she frequently swoons over other boys, including the lecherous spirit medium Reita Toritsuka. It is possible her attention could return to Saiki, but the continual swaying of her boy-crazed heart makes Chiyo an ill fit for him long-term.
Kokomi Teruhashi: The Queen of PK Academy
When PK Academy's most popular girl runs into Saiki on the street, she intends to grace him with her presence thinking he'll be overwhelmed by her. However, after failing to grab his notice, Kokomi Teruhashi ends up smitten with Saiki and becomes obsessed with catching his eye. She is unquestionably the most recurrent female member of Saiki's unwelcome posse, giving her an advantage by default of proximity.
Even though Saiki is typically annoyed by her incessantly hounding him, he has demonstrated care for Teruhashi's wellbeing, like when he carries her to the nurse's office after she faints of exhaustion. They even have co-parenting experience thanks to their time taking care of the neighborhood kid Yuuta Iridatsu together. While she is public about her own abilities, she repeatedly helps Saiki protect his secret and find ways out of other troublesome situations. Since her fortune telling identified Saiki as her "Mr. Right," she unashamedly flirts with him at every opportunity.
Since Saiki has made it clear he trusts Aiura with the knowledge of his powers, they have already built an open and honest foundation for a potential relationship. Still, it's apparent he finds her valley girl personality to be grating and has little patience for her seductive attempts to draw him in. As someone who is continuously fixated on following the most in-vogue fads, dating Aiura would likely result in Saiki being dragged to all sorts of trendy activities, which would aggravate him to no end.
Imu Rifuta: Cute As A Button
Transferring into PK Academy's first-year class, the adorable Imu Rifuta thought she would have the school's boys wrapped around her finger. When she realizes she pales in comparison to Teruhashi's allure, Imu tries to gain the upper hand by acquiring the one thing Teruhashi can't get -- Saiki's heart. In her scheming pursuits, she somehow ends up catching actual feelings for him, which serves as a slight setback to her revenge plan.
Saiki did actually plan to agree to date Imu in an attempt to discourage Teruhashi, which would imply she's the most likely to have a shot at a relationship with him, however fabricated. Be that as it may, after realizing she actually admires Teruhashi, she comes to view Saiki as a playboy who was merely stringing her along. As such, it seems like even a fake fling with Imu is out of the question in Saiki K.
Coffee Jelly: Saiki's One and Only True Love
In reality, the identity of Saiki's one true love shouldn't be much of a surprise. Despite seeing every girl who's come his way as a nuisance, his passion for coffee jelly has never wavered. The lengths Saiki goes to obtain this rich and sophisticated treat border on the obsessed, and the look on his face every time he eats it is akin to that of a teenager on their first date.
Try as they might, none of the girls in The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. can hold a candle to this dark gelatinous beauty, as Saiki would easily choose a bite of his favorite confection over a dinner date with any of them.
