As the COVID-19, also know as coronavirus, pandemic spreads across the world and forces many us to self-isolate to slow down the escalation the oubreak, Korg and Moog have taken a step to aid artists who are staying at home.
Each company has made its synthesis app (Moog’s Minimoog Model D iOS app and Korg’s iKaossilator app for iOS and Android) available to download for free for a limited time, giving musicians and any else who wants to play around with the apps the chance to do so for free while stuck at home.

Korg says the decision was made to “help you with a musical way to occupy your mind”, noting that “you don’t need any musical knowledge to get started. Many users worldwide have been enjoying their Kaossilator app for many years because it is fun, educational and satisfying!”.
Moog said it’s “a gift to spread positivity, creativity, and expressivity. A moment to slow down, appreciate our innate strength, & experience the uplifting power sound.”
Get the Moog app from the App Store, and the Korg app from the App Store or Play Store.
