Nicole Moudaber has long cemented her status as one of techno’s preeminent names, and now she joins forces with fast-rising Spanish producer Castion for a new collaboration, “Get Back.”
The track marks the debut release on Moudaber’s new record label, Mood Collective – a label created to spotlight house and tech house. “Get Back” serves as the label’s formal introduction to the world, and it was debuted by the label boss herself during a set at Hï Ibiza on May 10. For Castion, this release marks a major milestone – his biggest and most high-profile release to date, which he called, “one giant step. A new chapter.”
“Get Back” has already garnered massive support from the likes of MK, Oliver Heldens, Nicky Romero and more. It’s a combination of two generations of house and techno soundscapes, bringing together Moudaber’s raw, magnetic energy with Castion’s infectious percussion and rhythmic bass lines that mark his signature sound. Anchored by a hypnotic vocal hook, the track’s crisp, club-ready production makes it a standout debut for Mood Collective.
